for the love of black

if your anybody who is close to me, you know i wear a lot of black. I wish I could always put together a colourful and inspiring outfit every day of the week but i continue to be drawn back to the classic style of the colour black. 

I love this collection by Alice McCall: the high waisted shorts and the over sized black tops perfect items for a head to toe black outfit.

Outfit of the Day..

I don't enjoy taking photos of myself but I couldn't wait to show you my new goodies!! My beautiful new jeffrey campbell clogs from soleStruck. Arrived in the mail last friday and I have been wearing them with my pjs around the house they are that comfortable and pretty of course :) I love the jeffrey campbell collection, there are so many pairs of shoes I want to buy!
My jeans are the ankle grazers from jag and my new colourful top I bought yesterday from Kate at Vintage Marketplace  at Lah de da Bazaar
All jewellery is from diva, I don't usually wear gold but had to match the shoes!!

Lah de da BAZAAR

Yesterday I took a trip down Little Lonsdale Street to discover Lah de da Bazar. An intimate collection of vintage stalls hidden within Biero Bar. The candle lit space created a cozy atmosphere to shop, browse and buy. We fondled through the collections of Kate Vintage Marketplace, Winkie, Craft me Silly, Coelha and many more.

The Bazar is being held the 1st Sunday of every month and is a great idea if you want a chilled sunday of vintage browsing along side a couple of quiet ones. I loved the idea of combining Biero Bar (I can't go past chandeliers and candles)and a selection of vintage treasures as well as up and coming designers together in a relaxed atmosphere on a lazy sunday. Really enjoyed the adventure. I bought a beautifully embroidered top from Vintage Marketplace (will show you soon so keep updated :-) )

mongolian senorita

I was so happy to see how well these photos came out. By chance we found this amazing colourful graffeti brick wall today which worked so well against this awesome jacket my grandma gave me. Sis looks like she's a cross btw a sexy spanish dancer and a mongolian nomad. 

The jacket is hand woven using the fur coat of the rare arctic animal (a Muskox). Its been sitting in her back closet for ages. How cool!!
