Zara Bourke Street

Australians have been gossiping about Zara coming to Australia for yonks but the truth is finally out. Zara will be making its first move to Australia, hitting Melbourne's prime CBD location Bourke Street shopping Mall. The spanish brand will take over the current Supre site next to David Jones. The brand will showcase within all 3 levels and will boast their brilliant identity with a 10m high shop front.
Yes at first this news is exciting however I am also overcome with worry. Will the quality be up to european standards? Will the brand maintain its stylish though classical carisma? Will the brand's pricing boost through the roof?..... There are so many scenarios to consider, only time can tell how Zara will effect our Nations retail world.

What do you guys think??

Biking Babes

I've just finished my studio project for uni, it was focused on designing a civic bike repository/melbourne's first CBD bike club. I've been bike crazy for the past semester, researching bike storage, locking systems and bike clubs. Through my research I have become moderately obsessed with the bicycle community. I've been trying to ride to work regularly, not sure how long it will last. The only problem is the clothing change, having to change from the sweaty/daggy workout clothes into something a little more presentable. I wish it could be as easy as these people make it look to ride to work/into the city in style.
My perfect new form of transport
only need a little basket for my belongings at the back
